What is the thickness of the picks?
The measurements in millimeters for all 3 of our gauges are:
Thin - 0.46mm
Medium - 0.71mm
Heavy - 0.96mm
What size/gauge should I play?
Generally, we suggest matching your pick thickness to your strings: light strings = thin pick, heavier strings = thicker picks. Player preference, personal guitar setup and style of play are all factors in what size a certain player might choose.
If you’re not sure which gauge would be best, medium is our most frequently used gauge. You can also try one of our multi-packs, to experiment and figure out which one best suits your particular needs and play style.
Is this good for kids/new players?
The nano-suction technology makes TIK PIKs perfect for a variety of players, including younger players or those that are new to playing. The extra grip helps players hold on to picks, while feeling like a memory foam pillow for your finger tips! It also helps keep the picks where you need them (and not in your dryer or couch 😁).
