Fender x TIK PIK Giveaway Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility: The Fender x TIK PIK Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Tik Pik (StickItPick LLC), Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Giveaway Entities"), and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, officer, or director are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

2. Sponsor: Tik Pik (StickItPick LLC), 460 Veit Road, Suite E, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.

3. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted starting on November 10, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ending on December 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. • Purchase Entry: During the Entry Period, make a qualifying purchase of Fender x TIK PIK products from www.tikpik.com. Each qualifying purchase will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. No additional action is required. • Free Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes), phone number (including area code), email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" postcard and mail it with proper postage to: Fender x TIK PIK Giveaway Entry, c/o Tik Pik, 460 Veit Road, Suite E, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 25, 2025, and received by January 1, 2026. Each postcard must be mailed separately; photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries are void.

5. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be void. By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails from Sponsor; you may opt out at any time.

6. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: A Fender Player II Series Telecaster guitar (specific model and color to be determined by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $849.99. The actual value may vary based on market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. If the ARV of the prize exceeds $600, the winner may be required to provide their Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099- MISC.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: On or about January 15, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and/or other documents as requested by Sponsor within seven (7) days of receipt. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to sign and return the required documents, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In such event, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded.

9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its designees' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Limitation of Liability: The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway.

12. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania or the appropriate Pennsylvania State Court located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

14. Winners List: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Fender x TIK PIK Giveaway Winners List, c/o Tik Pik, 460 Veit Road, Suite E, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Requests must be received by February 28, 2026.
